What we collect

What we do not collect

Sharing with third parties

We use Supabase (database hosting) to store the data above, and an AI language model provider (via OpenRouter) solely to generate replies inside the "Ask Foxy" chat feature. We do not sell or share data for advertising purposes.

AI chat safety

The "Ask Foxy" feature is built for children: it stays on the topic of learning English, refuses unsafe or off-topic requests, and every reply is checked against a safety filter before it is shown. Chat is rate-limited per day. Conversations are logged so a parent (via the password-protected admin dashboard) or our team can review flagged content.

Parents' rights

A parent can view and reset all of a child's local data from the Parent Dashboard inside the app (5 taps on the avatar, then PIN), including a full data reset. To request deletion of cloud-stored data tied to a specific device, contact privacy@ageai.cloud with the device's UUID (shown in the Parent Dashboard).

Children's privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is described above, and we do not require children to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary for the app's learning and progress-tracking features. If you believe a child has provided personal information beyond what is described here, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

שיתוף עם צדדים שלישיים

אנו משתמשים ב-Supabase לאחסון הנתונים המפורטים לעיל, ובספק מודל שפה (דרך OpenRouter) אך ורק ליצירת תשובות בצ'אט "שאלי את פוקסי". איננו מוכרים או משתפים נתונים למטרות פרסום.

בטיחות הצ'אט עם פוקסי

"שאלי את פוקסי" בנוי במיוחד עבור ילדים: נשאר בנושא לימוד אנגלית, מסרב לבקשות לא בטוחות או לא רלוונטיות, וכל תשובה נבדקת מול מסנן בטיחות לפני שהיא מוצגת. הצ'אט מוגבל במספר שאלות ביום. שיחות נשמרות כדי שהורה (דרך פאנל ההורים המוגן ב-PIN) או הצוות שלנו יוכלו לבדוק תוכן חשוד.

זכויות ההורים

הורה יכול לצפות ולאפס את כל הנתונים המקומיים של הילד/ה מפאנל ההורים באפליקציה (5 לחיצות על האווטאר, ואז PIN), כולל איפוס מלא. לבקשת מחיקת נתונים מהענן עבור מכשיר ספציפי, יש לפנות אל privacy@ageai.cloud עם ה-UUID של המכשיר (מוצג בפאנל ההורים).

פרטיות ילדים

אנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי על ילדים מעבר למתואר לעיל, ואיננו דורשים מילדים לחשוף מידע מעבר לנדרש באופן סביר לתפקוד תכונות הלמידה ומעקב ההתקדמות. אם לדעתך ילד/ה מסר/ה מידע אישי מעבר למתואר כאן, אנא צרו קשר ונסיר אותו.
